Popzo ("we", "us") runs the online store at popzostore.app. Contact: hello@popzostore.app.

What we collect

Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo.

Delivery details you enter: name, phone number and address.

Order details: items, amounts and order status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

How we use it

To create your account, process and deliver orders, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), courier partners (delivery), our hosting and email providers, only as needed to serve you, and authorities where legally required.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We don't use advertising cookies without your consent.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@popzostore.app. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Retention & security

We keep order records as required by tax law and delete other data when no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
